In celebration of the incredible mothers, Bull & Bear is partnering with luxury French candlemakers Cire Trudon to present an exclusive dining experience. Join us in honouring Mother’s Day on 30 March.

 

Mothers joining us for dinner will be gifted a complimentary 70g Trudon candle, available in signature scents like Joséphine, Cire, Versailles, and Salta. Guests can indulge in culinary highlights such as king oyster mushroom risotto with ancient grains and black truffle, Atlantic cod with red Thai curry and finger lime.

 

The partnership will also see the specially curated limited-edition dessert which pays homage to the heritage of Trudon itself. The Des Abeilles (meaning “From the Bees”) and based on a bombe Alaska, a wildflower Hatta honey cake and ice cream accompanied with torched meringue and finished with a drizzle of honey at the table.
